Do NOT buy this coffeemaker. Cheap piece of junk. Didn’t work right out of the box. Will be trying to get my money back. Again, DO NOT BUY THIS!

I have been trying to return it for my money back

Returning my second one this one leaks

Returning my second one this one leaks. First one didn’t fill above 2 ounces on any setting and the D scale light was on continuously.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I would NEVER PURCHASE another product for this manufacturer again. I have gone through 2 of these models in less then 1.5 Years. Absolute garbage, cheaply made !!!!!!

Three units have failed to work properly!

The good news first. Customer Service has been great, and the K-Supreme is very good ... when it works. This experience has taken place over the last few months, not years. We are now on our third unit. The first two units started flashing the "descale" light after a very short period of time. We descaled and tried the reset, but the light would not stop flashing. We contacted Customer Service, did everything they asked (which I had already done), and both times they graciously sent a replacement. We received our third unit 19 days ago ... yes, 19 days ago ... and now it won't power up. I really don't understand, but we will be contacting Customer Service once again. Clearly we are the exception, but this is almost humorous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy!

I have purchased 2 of these. The first one quit working after about a month. Returned it and got another one. The new one just quit working this week after 2 months. Exactly the same both times - brewed a cup perfectly, shut off and died. Nothing - won't even turn on. I am returning this one as well. Both vendors I purchased them from were very cooperative in accepting the return. However, obviously something defective in this model. I won't buy another one.

Second one

I love my keurig. But I am currently on my second one. I exchanged the first one because it just stopped turning on one day. Now the exchanges item won’t turn on, it hasn’t even been a month since I did the exchange.
I would recommend this to a friend!
