I am so pleased with the customer service from Keurig!! I contacted them when my coffee maker stopped working . They helped me trouble shoot the machine over the phone and determined that it needed to be replaced. I had a new machine at my door within three days. Amazing! This was a warranty replacement for a unit that wasn’t even two years old. I believe they honored the warranty even though it expired because of all the ancillary purchases we make.
