I've had the K-Supreme for a couple weeks and I like it better than the 5.5 year old K145 OfficePro I had. The Supreme is very quiet and fast. Place your pod in the brewer, select the size, press the big K and the hot coffee starts in less the ten seconds. I like the large water reservoir and like how the reservoir can be placed on the left side or in the back depending on your counter arrangement. I have mine placed on the side making it handy to remove and refill.

I love this new brewer thus far!!! It is easy to use, looks beautiful, is fast and makes a great cup of coffee!!! It seems as if every two years I have been replacing Keurigs, but I have switched to using bottled water only and will be experimenting. There is so much Calcium in our water that it builds up on my faucets, I have think it would do the same within the machine.
The large reservoir is a nice feature cutting down on trips to the fridge to retrieve filtered water. Experimented on brew choices with overnight guests and everyone was happy to have a cup tailored to their size and strength preferences, black or room for cream. Multiple piercings in the lid makes for better water distribution and fuller flavor. Very happy with this brewer.

Without a doubt, this is my favorite Keurig Coffee Make. The coffee definitely has a more robust flavor from this Keurig Coffee Maker over the other Keurig Makers that I have had. I like that there is no wait time while it heats up the water. When you press the Keurig (Start) Button within seconds it starts running hot water through the K-cup. It also automatically shuts off with a few minutes of making your cup of coffee which is a plus on saving electicity. Another plus is the coffee make is so quiet. It's wonderful. This is one purchase I'm very glad I made. I highly recommend.

Won’t turn on

I purchased this Keurig less than a mont ago. Got up early with a headache, hit the power button an nothing. Won’t come on at all. I think I even smell something a little hot. Now i have a bigger headache. Very disappointed,

I bought this one week ago. Set up per instructions. Excited as it took up less counter space. A few issues: 1) I put a pod of coffee in, selected 12 ounces, got about 2 ounces. Put another pod in, same issue. Unplugged & waited 10 minutes. Added another pod, pressed 8 ounces, got 4 ounces. Repeated again, same thing. Now wasted 4 pods. Next day, put pod in, pressed 12 oz and got 12 ounces!!! However that didn’t last long. 2) the stream of hot water coming out is extremely slow, stops, starts, acts like the water supply isn’t there (container full). 3) used a Keurig pod decaf coffee. We got grounds in our coffee!!! And only 1/2 cup when I selected 12 ounces. 4) the descale light is blinking non-stop. Descaled. Still blinking. This is my 3rd Keurig but the other 2 have been larger units. We wanted a small one and this is a good size. However, we are returning it after having issues with it daily. Very frustrating and shouldn’t have to deal with these issues when you first get up in the morning!! We thought this was a returned item we had gotten but reading the reviews, I’m inclined to believe it’s just an inferior product. We won’t be asking for a replacement after the week we’ve had with this one. Also, today I thought to take pictures of each step, the selection size, the water flow, the amount in the cup when it stopped, the amount when I poured the coffee into a measuring cup and the blinking descaled!!! I didn’t think to get a pic of the coffee grounds in the cup earlier. For the price we pay for pods, I’m not wasting any more of them on this machine!!!!
