I love this Keurig. Replaced an older model. This design is awesome and looks so stylish. Sleek and slender with water in the back. Coffe is better and faster then ever!! Great temperature for this coffee creamer person!! The white one is gorgeous!!

My existing Keurig 2.0, is still working after 5-1/2 years and HSN had a special on this new Keurig K Supreme. It still is an amazing unit and like the handle on the water reservoir, plus the unit is a little more compact. The selection of cup oz is fast and easy and have the grey model. The reusable filter that came with the unit, from HSN, is not for the Supreme, but for the older models. I had to order the correct reusable K cup as that is what I use for my Duncan Donuts ground coffee. Keurig is the best and look forward to several years of usage on this new Supreme. Under our kitchen sink, the cold water tap has a canister filter, with the filter strength to help with SCALE and other elements. Our city water comes for 7 wells. Maintenance is done after about 6 months and there is hardly any scale, when flushing out. There is no clogging of any type over the same period.
I had a Keurig. But, never had a good cup of coffee. Heard about the multi-stream Keurig. I am in love. Drinking 2-3 cups a day. Love the speed and variety.

Bought 12/26/2021; 07/08/2021 Descaled according to instructions. Light remained on; uses 16oz water and 16oz white vinegar; descale light still on. Used pure vinegar rand through a couple of cups and let set for 2 hrs. Descale light still on. I’m done with Kerrigan!!

This is my second purchase of a Keurig coffee maker. I love this model because it heats the water almost instantly and my coffee is ready very quickly. The water reservoir is easy to fill and is located to the side of the coffee maker.
I bought this one for my parents and a week later ordered one for myself because its so quick and delicious!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Giving up on Keurig

I bought it last June and it will not power on at this point. I called up customer service and they told me it was bought the October before. I had to send them a copy of my receipt to prove my date. I have not heard from them and I don't expect to. Had trouble communicating with c.s. They might out source their c.s. was very hard to understand. I have had Keurig products for many years but to have a machine breakdown so fast is very disappointing. Try to descale and see what happens. See if you can turn descale light off without calling customer service. A a matter of fact when we called but that they had the correct purchase date. Now that the machine is not working they have the wrong purchase date.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
