I bought this product because I had such a good experience with my previous Keurig. After receiving my new Keurig Supreme, it stopped working in the middle of my first brew and didn't turn on again after that. My new machine is brewing watered down coffee with my plastic pods and brews hot water when I try using my biodegradable pods. The reason I got the new product was for a stronger, better tasting coffee but I've gotten the opposite plus the headaches of dealing with the defective produtcts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the first one in October and after 1-2 weeks had problem because it kept saying it needed water. I contacted Keurig and they had me troubleshoot and it didn't help, so they sent me a new one, which I received on December 19, 2020. I have been using it since then and it is now doing the same thing that the first one did. Sometimes you turn it on and it lets you brew a cup and then it says it needs more water, even if you started with a full container of water. Other times you can get 2 cups before the water light comes on. It is very frustrating and I am sorry I gave away my Keurig 2.0. Thank was still working fine, I just was looking for something smaller, because I have limited counter space.

This came in the mail today. Keurig is already sending me a new one. Did not work out of the box. It turns on, lights up, blinks appropriately and then? Nothing. Sucked the water up fine, but did not brew anything. I am not sure it even heated up the water. Had the computer screen on my previous one not stopped working, I would stick with the reliable machine and simple return the new one.

After using the descaling product our coffee maker will not even power on. Very unhappy with purchase that was a Christmas present for my wife.
After 15 years, my old Keurig finally died. I thought I would move on from them, but I found that I just can't make a cup of regular coffee as well. I love this brewer's looks and functionality, as well as making a good cup of coffee.
