I have had this coffee maker a little over a month and I love it. Bought it to replace a Sobly which was horrible. Can't believe how fast it makes a cup of coffee. Highly recommended.

Overflows while dispensing water

This product is just to frustrating to recommend this to anyone. When brewing the water overflows the cups, floats the grounds and runs down the outside of the cup and makes a mess. I even cut the bottom off a cup and it still does the same thing. I I can't figure this unit out and won't miss it when we switch to a more reliable brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our old Keurig lasted several years before it died. After doing a little research, I chose this one and I'm glad I did. We like the size and features - and like the old one, it makes a great cup of coffee... quick (actually faster than the old one)!
I got this for my husband to replace his K200, which finally gave up on him after about 4-5 years. He wasn't happy that I was getting him something different but it was a gift so he sucked it up. He is absolutely in love with this new design. He tells me that it is very quiet and incredibly easy to use. He was impressed with the fact that you can attach the water reservoir on either side of the machine. Great coffee pot. Highly recommended.
Bought this for my boyfriend, he loves it! It brews hot and he also likes the brew over ice option. The 12oz. option was a feature that I liked for him.
Unit works ok but seems a little flimsy when the unit pierces the K-cup due to (I think) the fact that it has more than one needle point. I would prefer that the cup size not have to be entered each time you make a cup of coffee but remain on the last used cup size. Overall I have to get used to the quirks of this unit hoping that it lasts as long as my old unit which lasted 5 years.

On our second one and same issue

Our first one shut down a month into having it. Our second one shut down after four months. It's like the pump just stops working!!!! Very, very frustrating!
