I have been a Keurig user sine they were actually constructed with metal. Over the last month, I have purchased 4 single cup coffee brewers. 3 Keurig, one a competitor. That one never worked from the day I got it. The Keurig were returned except for the one in the basement. The lid didn’t close the whole way on the Farmhouse White and it was totally inconsistent about how much water it would dispense. Made terrible coffee. Cheap plastic. Feels cheap. Looks cheap. I have purchased a single cup drip coffeemaker and do not plan on returning to Keurig. More hassle perhaps, but the quality of the coffee makes up for that. There are thousands of reviews online about this, and you might want to start listening to your users.

Great and easy to deal with

I got this product a few weeks back... have been using it every single day now... to be honest I am not a coffee addict as I am always lazy about the hustle of making it but this thing is so easy and handy that it just a moment u think you need coffee and it's made... the operation is super simple, and it makes just the right amount of strong coffee... In love with this for sure...

I am a first time user of anything keurig related and it has definitely been a game changer. I thought it would be confusing to use since I’m use to the old school standard coffee machines but this was surprisingly not that difficult to get use to. I feel like I definitely noticed a difference in how wonderful my coffee tasted upon the first use of this product (I was in awe). I am excited to use this for other drinks as well since I have only tried it for coffee and not things like hot cocoa but I’m sure it’ll be just as easy to use. I definitely recommend this product, it is a game changer in my coffee routine and definitely saves me money since now I can make my own great tasting coffee without having to buy them.

Slow heating

Two things have developed over time! A breaker kept tripping, we had an electrician in to replace what we thought was a bad breaker. Found out it’s the coffeemaker. We are longtime Keurig users, this particular device is the least favorite. Additionally, reheat between cups takes a long time.

Beware

I bought one of these Wednesday. Got it home, followed the opening process, turned it on and poof. It quit working never to turn back on. It lacks automatic timer as well. I took it back and exchanged it for a Keurig Elite. The Elite is a solid product. My last Keurig lasted 15 years and was still working. Keurig still has some work to do on this model

Works great and makes coffee quietly compared to others. I rated lower because it just feels cheap and lightweight. The water in the reservoir is the only thing that gives this machine any weight and once it gets low the whole thing is kind of wobbly when you use it. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts, even though I’m the only user and I’m not rough on small appliances.

Bought this unit to replace a unit that was 9 years old. The older unit was always extremely loud. When the pump would run to fill the heater it sounded like our garage door opening and when making the coffee it also was quite loud. My spouse just got sick and tired of the noise when making coffee. Also, had to run the water through a couple of times to get the stronger brew. Hook this up today and ran a couple of cups of water through to check the flow and temp. Temp was 172 and the 12 oz gave 12 oz's. Ran a 12 oz cup of Dark Roast through and it came out great. The 5 prong works great to ensure more coffee in the pod gets hot water through it.
