Avoid this machine!

I loved my new Keurig for 3 months until the Descaler light came on. I descaled it per the directions twice and the descaler light would not go off. Then it started making about 2 ounces and shutting off. I have descaled it 8-10 times. I've lost count! The bottle of descaler solution, not the little pouches. The last time I descaled it two times back to back and used the rinse pods. The descaler light is still on and it still shuts off after about 2 ounces. I have descaled this machine more times in 6 months than my old one that I had for more than 5 years. I wish I had kept the old one. It was slow and noisy and big and clunky, but at least it made coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working after 4 weeks

I bought this machine 4 weeks ago. Today went to make coffee and there is no power to the machine at all. Confirmed it was not outlets.

Second machine and still issues !

I bought this machine in March and had difficulties with it , filling correctly , high splashing over the cup and the need to descale within a short period of time . Within two days of completing it . Customer service replaced it and we have had it since June . This week it is only dispensing a small portion of coffee so it needs to be run through twice to get a full cup of coffee . It doesn’t indicate it needs to be descaled and I have flushed the system to get any grounds out of the needle as the troubleshooting recommends . I really hate this machine and am looking for another brand completely . What are the chances I get 2 defective machine ?

Not Happy

I have been a Keurig user for many years and have been generally satisfied with the coffee makers. We purchased this unit in July and within a month, the descale light turned on. In addition, we are constantly getting grounds in the coffee in spite of cleaning the needles and running hot water rinse cycles. Maybe multi-stream technology has not been fully vetted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keurig has dropped the ball !

Have been purchasing Keurig coffee brewers for a long time and just replaced my Duo with this K-Supreme. THE ABSOLUTE WORST MACHINE I`ve ever owned. Instead of punching one hole in coffee pod it now punched 5, yes FIVE HOLES and tears the pods sometimes spewing coffee grounds all over. Constantly have a mess to deal with. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. DO NOT BUY !!!
Looks great and works. Says add water after brew even when it’s full of water .
