I am on my second K Supreme and the only thing I have to say positive is that it is smaller than the old models and comes in white otherwise it is terrible. I can understand why they call it MultiStream Technology, both lasted less than 3 months and started to shoot water out from numerous areas on the bottom of K pod unit. Garbage product, would give it negative stars if that were an option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this one a few weeks ago after my previous unit suddely stopped working after 2 years 2 months. I liked the Keurig K Supreme so much that I bought this replacemnt. I was promised coupons for free boxes of pods - but I have not yet received them. I hope this reviw prompts the company to send them.

I bought this coffee maker to replace an older model that wasn't working properly. I am happy with the purchase and the dimensions and features in the description are accurate.

The concept is good, but since we only use our own ground coffee and paper liner filters, this model was useless to us. The Keira pod adapter doesn’t fit and there are no paper filters that fit this machine. Putting grounds directly into and adaptor pod is incredibly messy and not worth the work to clean. When I called to get a return authorization, the agent said they would send me a prepaid label as an exception to their standard of having the customer pay for the return since I have been purchasing Keurigs for years. The company then did not honor this and insisted that I must pay for the return, which is cost prohibitive compared to the cost of the Keurig. After a couple of emails back and forth, I asked them to elevate my request and stand by the word of their agent, they ghosted me. I find this incredibly disappointing and frankly, dishonest. I would not recommend any Keurig products at this point.
