Literally didn’t work from the start

I was super excited when I found out I would be receiving this kureg to test out, but when I opened it all up and set everything up per the instructions and went to brew the “cleansing brew” the machine just shut off after I pressed brew. I tried multiple times but every time I tried to “brew” anything it just immediately turned off and wouldn’t brew anything. So unfortunately I can’t say much about how this kureg actually brews coffee. I did like how compact and sleek this brewer looks and it was really nice to have the handle on the water tank.

Cheap quality coffee maker

I just got this and set it up last night so I could have a cup of coffee in the morning. Immediately the descale light comes on. It splatters coffee on the counter when brewing. I doubt I am getting the full 12 oz. I select. If I could give this zero stars are would. It seems Keuring quality is going down fast. I like my last Keuring, but it only lasted a couple of years even with proper maintence.

What is being said about this new Keurig is true, quiet, fast and met all the hype it has gotten. I would say anyone that wants to UPDATE their current Keurig should look at this model. Boy what new technology has done for making a good cup of coffee.

Worked great for 3months

I got this brewer about 5 months ago now and have had any issues what so ever out of it but went to make coffee one moring and absolutly nothing. NOO POWER, changed plugs cleaned machine but nada and trying to find forums to fix and there aint any. My other keurig did the same thing but that one last 3+ years. if anyone knows what todo let me know
