I love my new Keurig! I really like the compact design. It's small but still has a decent size reservoir. It heats up very quickly and is quick to brew my cup of coffee.

Multistream technology sounds better than it is

If you're looking to use a reusable pod (instead of purchasing the insanely expensive pre-filled pods) do not get this product. Because of the multistream technology, right now, the only pod that's compatible is one from Keurig. Which would have been fine if it would have worked. Unfortunately, the pod allows water to leak out and not go through the grounds, so you're left with an incredibly weak cup of coffee. I've tried just about everything that I could think of to troubleshoot, but to no avail. If the reusable pod, provided by Keurig, worked, I would have rated this much higher.

Gave as a Christmas Present. Wife opened the box. We Followed the directions, Plugged the unit in. NOTHING, Dead as a doornail. Gotta send it back. Very disappointed.
