Love our new Keurig!

This is a great machine. I love how it holds more water than our old one and the
"strong" feature. It is also a nice design feature to have the option of the water tank on the side or the back. Coffee tastes delicious and it looks good on our counter top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally I get strong coffee!

No matter what type of coffee I bought with my previous Coffee machines, it didn’t taste strong and rich. I Even tried a Nespresso machine which eventually stopped working. The multi-stream technology on the Keurig Supreme model finally has brewed the perfect cup of coffee for me! It punctures 5 holes in the K-cups and the coffee tastes so much better. I would recommend this model to any coffee lover and this slimmer model works great in my kitchen.

Disappointed

Coffee make arrived today. I have been looking forward to it. Unboxed and ran through first cycle. Inserted a pod and that’s when it started having issues. Lights pulsate and brewer only brews an inch or two then all the lights go out. I wasted four pods hoping it was a pod issue. Same thing and worse. By the fourth pod I could get bit to light up or even start. Acts like there is a sort or some sort of power issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good concept, poor execution

I’ve had this brewer less than a month. I live the “stronger” feature but overall find the machine very flimsy. It splatters coffee all overvalued counter, and after one week of use the “descale” button lit up. I’ve now de scaled it twice in a week and it’s still lit. The first time I used white vinegar & the second time I bought the descaling kit. After the holidays, I’m putting this cheap piece of crap in the garbage and buying a different brand. I’ve been a loyal Keurig customer for years (this is at least the 5th machine I’ve bought) but they’ve lost my business now. If I could give less than one star, I would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dead already

I bought this about a month ago and after a few weeks the descale light started flashing so I looked in the instructions on how to do it. It says to hold down a couple buttons on the control pad which I did and the power light went off.
Since then it has not been able to power on.
I have tried it in different power outlets, tried all kinds of online Keurig remedies and nothing brings it back to life. Time to buy a dependable coffee maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not buy

Do not buy this. It is a new line and there are BUGS. I am now returning my 3rd one and won't buy Keurig products anymore. It will either tell you to put water when there already is water or it will do the opposite and let you try to brew with no water and burn itself out. I had two that didn't recognize there was no water and burned out to never turn on again and the 3rd now seemed to work for a week or 2 then it started asking for water when there already was some and now suddenly it doesn't recognize that there isnt any meaning that if I don't pay attention and try to brew with no water this one will burn out and not turn on too. Not sure how this made it out of the testing phase.

Only lasted a month

Had my old Keurig 10 years. Bought this and it lasted a month. What have you done to your machines? So disappointed for this kind of $$$.
