Quit working after descaling

I have had this coffee maker about 4 months. The descale light came on so I ran it through the descale cycle and used the cleaning solution. After the first rinse it quit working. It shut off and I haven’t been able to get it to turn on. I even unplugged it for several hours and it still won’t turn on. Very disappointed with this product. Should have read the reviews! I would like to have my money back instead of a replacement. Will be contacting them today.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So pretty and great coffee

I just love the farmhouse white color. It matches my kitchen so well and I love the fact that it makes 12ounces of coffee.

Stayed on descaling

I received this product and it never worked just keep descaling. I contact Keriug customer service and now at to help since it is a new product. I receive an email that corporate will contact me. Going on week 2 and no contact from anyone. I am currently with a new coffee maker that continues to descale. Thanks Keriug for your awesome experience.

MULTI-STREAM TECHNOLOGY EXTRACTS MUCH MORE FLAVOR!

I was not a fan of pods because I felt I could not get a strong enough cup. After all, the original machines injected the water into one hole in the center of the pod, so the grounds around the perimeter of the pod did not participate in the brewing process. The multi-stream machine injects the hot water into FIVE holes....one in the center and FOUR more around the perimeter of the pod. VOILA! Makes such a difference. The person who invented the Multi Stream technology deserves a huge raise!!!!!

Do not buy

If you want to wake up and make a cup of coffee do not buy this. It’s 50/50 that it will say as water when it’s full of water!!! You can de scale , turn it off and on as a little water full of water, turn it off/on and it won’t make a difference. Nothing more frustrating than messing with this coffee maker when you haven’t had your coffee.
