I purchased this as a gift for a relative when their previous Keurig stopped working. This machine is much lighter and easier for them to move around the counter as well as to fill the water reservoir. The gray color was not ideal but black was not available. Overall, it is easy to use and makes a solid cup of coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keurig Treated me Right!

I bought this unit a year ago and it made quick, fantastic tasting coffee. I maintained it correctly, descaling when indicated. Unfortunately, it died 2 days short of my 12 month warranty. Kerig had me send in my old one and sent me a brand new one. Cant beat that Customer Service. They even sent me two 24 ech k cup Donut Shop for free!!
This is the 4th Kuerig Supreme that I was forced to buy, even though I only had the previous one for 6 months. It was a replacement that failed, as did the previous one, as did the previous one. I have no problem with them when they are working but they have only been averaging 6 months before they breakdown and become unrepairable (as per the instructions on the website). We are only 2 people in the household and we average 4 to 5 cups per day. In my case, Kuerig wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty because the one that broke was a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a wonderful machine…,however as part of this being a replacement for my other machine , I was told you would be including 3 boxes of the coffee pods…. I have not yet gotten them… please let me know when you will be shipping these to me….Anne Fitzgerald

I love this coffee maker! Until…..

I bought this coffee maker early December of 2020 when I purchased my new home. I loved it so much I bought one for my best friend for Christmas. It makes such a good cup of coffee unfortunately both my friend and I have already had to replace it once and this morning my second keurig K-supreme is broken. It hasn’t even been a year and I have 2 broken coffee makers. I am so upset because I really love the coffee it makes and the larger water reserve. Argh

The machine worked twice and then completely shut down and doesn’t turn on! I’m going to return it today and get a refund.
