Not that great.

I purchased this one on sale to replace my old Keurig which lasted several years and I truly enjoyed it. It was sturdy and of good quality. However, this one is light in weight and is of inferior quality compared to the older unit I had. The top on this one stays flat when closed and no Pod is in it, but it has an open gap after you put the pod in while brewing & steam escapes through that gap. Sorry, but I do not recommend this unit! Very disappointed!

Just What I Wanted!

I bought this Keurig around a month ago and have not been disappointed! I have limited space on my desk in my home office so really appreciate that the tank can be attached to the side or the back. I am also enjoying a bit of extra “oomph” and flavor in my cup thanks to the Dual Stream technology … I feel like I’m getting every penny’s worth out of each K-Cup pod.
I’ve bought many coffee makers from Keurig and this is by far my favorite one so far. Highly recommended!

Brewers are now poor quality compared to years ago

Over the last couple of years I’ve had to replace my brewer several times because after only a couple months of using it, it stops working. The first brewer I ever had lasted many years, but I think the workmanship and quality now is much different and they are not made to last. I’m extremely disappointed in Keurig products and will probably not purchase another one if this one also goes out.

Hoping that this machine lasts longer…

Our past 4 Keurig Coffee Makers have not lasted long enough to warrant the price that they cost. I’m in great hopes that this machine lasts longer than just under 2 years. We love the taste of the coffee that the Keurig makes but if the machine doesn’t last any longer than the last ones have….it'll. be our last.

The multistream feature is a big improvement to taste. We are very happy with this new brewer. No waiting for water to heat up. Quiet, too.

Worth a shot

It was easy to assemble , however originally I thought I received a defective unit. Bc when I placed a K cup in it for my first brew the lid/ handle part didn’t close all the way. As soon as I removed the K cup/ pod it closed all the way. Wish this was explained or showed on the tutorials to prevent concerns.
