K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Warranty Replacement

Unfortunately had a K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee maker fail a little over 6 months after purchase. Warranty replacement was easy, and the new coffee maker arrived within a week. Nice to be making coffee again. I do wonder how it would go if the replacement also fails, since there is no “receipt” with the replacement. I did keep all the emails, so I have that going for me. Kudos to the warranty team.
I like this model. I had one that the pump went out on after a few months, but I liked it enough to try a 2nd one.

Sooo many coffee makers to choose from but I wanted a small one with minimal “bells & whistles”. Finally settled with the K-Supreme Single. Very pleased with choice.
This is a simplier, more streamlined coffee maker with the right capabilities and doesnt require a preheat cycle, so no clock and auto on funtion is needed, issue of broken lower needle is eliminated also. I like it

K-Supreme single serve coffee maker

I have had this coffee maker for a month or so. It is working very well. It is easy to use and low profile. The only thing I do not like is that you have to remove the tray to put a larger coffee mug under it. So coffee that drips does not get caught by the tray, No big deal just inconvenient at times to wipe up driped coffee.

Recently used this coffee maker in an Airbnb and we really liked it. The 5 prong needle seems to add to the fullness of the coffee. We ordered one as soon as we returned home and used it over the Christmas Holiday while family was in town. Everyone enjoyed !
