Very Disappointed

I have had my new Keurig little less than a month now and very disappointed in how it was made. When I put the top lever down to make coffee everything start to move around. The water reservoir is very loose again very unhappy I wishI kept the my original one.

Worst Keurig I ever had

Bought this a month ago. Slow drip ever, weak flavor even on Strong setting. I already had Keurig reusable cups but had to buy these special ones with 4 extra holes that have rubber that cover the 4, (that is Suppose to make coffee saturate and more flavorful, lol). Actually, more coffee is used to fill the cup. I use the same measure spoon as with my previous Keurig, but I have to use more to fill to the low level line. I like my coffee strong. When I add more grounds they get in my coffee and no stronger. Oh, and if you like cool temp coffee and not hot, that’s what you get. Disappointing Keurig!

Love Keurig products

Big coffee drinkers and faithful to Keurig brands. I bought this a month ago and it has been more of a headache to me waking up fighting with coffee machine to brew. Sad to say I am really disappointed. I will be returning it for a different model of Keurig. It steams profusely and grounds sometimes spit out. Not sure if it is just a bad one in the bunch.

Nice while it lasted

It worked nicely especially liked the multi-stream tech, the large reservoir and the various brew sizes. I unplugged during a week vacation, plugged it back in and it smoked and sputtered and never came back on. I bought in Nov 21 and it died in Feb 23. I just expected it to last longer than that.

this is an over priced pile of junk.

My children bought me this sleek new "Supreme" coffee maker and the instructions on it are onerous. The DESCALER costs more than it's worth and when you've spent a lot of time doing the DESCALE, it still is on blaring at you. The additional cost of filters and descaler is a waste.to get more money and doesn't work anyway. 20 minutes to clean it and a ton of wasted money and time.

Not great

Bought this a year ago, used it maybe 40 times and it stopped working. You can’t turn it on or anything. Do not recommend.

I had a brewer go bad and when I called support, after going through some troubleshooting steps, they sent me a replacement (after verifying my purchase of original). U really expected smoke and mirrors, hoops and loops. Thanks Keurig for a hassle free replacement!
This was a warranty for my broken Keurig. I loved the way customer service treated me. They were clear in the return instructions and made me feel important.
