Worst Keurig I've ever had!

I bought this Keurig last month. When I took it out of the box the top did not seem to lie flush so that when I try to make coffee, I have to hold the top down to make it work. I have had Keurig coffee makers for the last 18 years and they were great. We even had one in the office and it was great too. This model is cheaply made and flimsy. I am returning it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dead just out of warranty

One day I took off the reservoir to clean it and fill it back up. And no, it wasnt brewing while i did this. The next time I went to brew coffee it started OK but before it began to dispense the coffee it stopped and turned itself off. It was dead and I was MAD! From my research this is a flaw in the machine dealing with the thermostat on the inside of the brewer. I took the thing apart, reset the thermostat and it believe it or not it worked! Thanks YouTube! It worked for a couple of months but then I needed to take off the reservoir. This time I turned off the machine first. Put the reservoir back on and turned it on. Guess what...next brew...dead! Yeah I'm not taking the thing apart everytime I need to take off the reservoir. In the trash. Waste of money as it barely lasted over a year.

I bought 2 weeks ago and am disappointed in it. Not as sturdy as previous one, like the side view but is not attached accept at bottom, so wobbly, has a hanger hook opening but no hook on side to stabilize it.

I like the coffee maker but the first one just quit working after a few months. Hope this one lasts longer.

Great machine when it works

I received this for a Christmas present and was so excited! It worked well pumping out the coffee as I needed it rather than a whole pot that had to be kept hot or reheated. Then it suddenly stopped working. Customer service was great and sent me out a replacement after a little troubleshooting to let them know it truly would not turn on. I am now in the process of getting a replacement for the 3rd one. Yes, I have had two replacements in two years and now the current one is doing the same thing! If you don't have the patience to wait for the replacement to come don't purchase this version of a Keurig! I can't get my money back either. I either take the next replacement or pay the difference to try a different model. At least the customer service staff was polite and calmly walked me through the procedure. I would give this one star except for the great customer service.

Bought 2 and both lasted 14 months only

I bought 2 for gifts Christmas 2021 and both had electrical issues in both houses within 14 months needed to replace. One wouldn’t turn on and other kept tripping the gfi plug in kitchen. Very disappointed.

Overall Happy, a Few Minor Issues

I've had this Keurig for 6 weeks. Overall, I am very happy with it. What I don't like about it: 1. I use small cups and the splatter is really bad. I ordered a riser and that will solve the problem. (I'm using a block of wood for now and that eliminates the splattering out onto my counter.) This is a very minor complaint. Seems like a riser should come with the machine, though. 2. It locks up once every week or two. Again, not a big deal. Unplugging for a few seconds has worked every time. Just a minor inconvenience. 3. This is my biggest complaint: I have it set to the hottest temperature setting and it is still not as hot as my old Keurig. As it is, I can start drinking the coffee immediately. I'd prefer that it be just a touch too hot to drink but not so hot that I can't sip it carefully. Maybe this is for safety reasons or that it's possibly harder to make a hotter 4 oz. brew than for larger brew sizes. I can understand that. But, still, I want it just a bit hotter. 4. It keeps pestering me about wanting to connect to WiFi. Very minor complaint (it doesn't make me do anything) but I wish I could tell it that I don't want to connect to WiFi and have it be happy with that. I guess I'm just an old guy that's not used to having my coffee machine trying to convince me to do something.
What I do like: 1. The best thing, by far, for me is that I can make small cups (4 oz.) and control the intensity (I like the most intense). The intensity really makes a difference that I can taste. I like it a lot. 2. I like the pre-set. Easy to make a cup of coffee with that. 3. The reservoir is bigger than my last Keurig. That with the fact that I have and use the 4 oz. option means I'm not refilling the reservoir nearly as often. I really like that, too.
Bottom line, the complaints are pretty minor and I really do like this machine. If the temperature setting would make the coffee hotter at the max setting, it would full and enthusiastic be 5 stars.
