This was the best gift ever for my hubby. It fits perfectly on the counter top in the area created for his morning roast. The directions were easy to follow. Each cup brewed, whether coffee, tea, or cocoa-is hot and delicious! You can’t go wrong with this little ditty.

Weak Coffee

I received the coffee maker as a Christmas present. I have had the same experience as Joe Bon where the "Brewed Coffee" on any mode would come out similarly. Watered down coffee instead of strong or just hot water. I believe the problem is that the Hole Punch Needles are not long enough to adequately pierce the top of the coffee pods. Water flows over the top of the pods and not through them to produce the desired strength of coffee. Unfortunate as I liked my previous Keurig coffee makers. I hope this helps the folks at Keurig.

Keurig hit the ball out of the park on this one !

Keurig came through on this one, they hit all the right buttons and came up with a Compact Brewer that makes a cup of coffee fast and with brewing options that should make everyone happy.
Pros:
- Fast.
- Minimalist in size.
- Brewing options to satisfy anyone.
- Large Water Reservoir. (You can always use more water).
- Quiet, maybe a little too quiet.
- Three pre-sets, enough to make the Wife and me happy.
Cons:
- No indicator for finish brewing cycle.
There should be a red/green LED indicator on the top the Cover, to indicate Brewing (red) and finished brewing (green) because when brewing a full strength cup of coffee you can't always tell if the cycle is finished. On the lower strength settings, the water makes enough noise to know the brewing is completed but an Indicator would be a great touch.
- Too much pressure needed to close the brewing cover.
I think there is too great of an angle on the brewing cover, when Keurig made this one they tried to make it too small and didn't take into account the pressure required to close the cover with a Pod in place.
- Quiet is nice but when I need to check to see if the Brewer has finished brewing, something needs to be done.
Thanks to Keurig for making a Coffee Brewing Machine that fill the bill for a great, fast, cup of coffee.
My thanks to Keurig for making this Brewer, I still like it !

Great Keurig!

In the past I had the K-Mini but felt the water tank was just too small and it got a bit annoying to refill for every cup. Then I had a larger traditional Keurig and felt it wasted too much space on the counter top. :) Finally I found my perfect match! It's as slim as the K-Mini (if you position the tank in the back) but holds a lot more water AND has a ton more features. Love it!

After a year it broke

I was disappointed that it broke at a year so wasn't covered by the warranty. I can't imagine the product being very good if I hardly used it but it still broke. Not the best experience.
