Takes more than 30 minutes to put together and there were some pieces missing. Will have to reach out to them to see if that can be resolved

So far after seasoning and cooking a couple meals on the griddle it is absolutely the way I cook. Im no chef but this thing makes making great meals easy and quick! Love it!

If you are on the fence between a Blackstone and a gas grill, buy the Blackstone. So many more uses. I use this thing all the time. Loved my gas grill, but the griddle is a culinary machine.
