I have yet to use my Blackstone griddle. I will say that I was absolutely impressed with the instructions the ease to build it. The time it took me was nothing I flew through everything, but they insist on putting promotional stickers on the Blackstone side shelves, and one of them came off in minuscule pieces and I took three days and I still don’t have it all the way off. The most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. I had to put the Blackstone aside so I wouldn’t throw it out the door into the street.
