I'm used to cooking on cast iron so getting the griddle was an easy choice for me. A little bit of a learning curve adjusting the burners when you are cooking multiple foods at the same time.

Missing screws

The build quality looks great and cannot wait to fire this up. Only reason for 4 stars is it was missing 2 screws to attach the bracket for the shelf. I had to go to home hardware to purchase some which was a bit annoying. Other than that, excited to use this.
