First griddle and it was a gift but I couldn't be happier with the model 2322. Very well built and what you expect from all the hype. Very pleased with my first breakfast for dinner after seasoning it.

Bought my tailgater five years ago. Loved using it. I am ordering a replacement for the heat shield. Other than that I remain a fan.

I am thrilled with my Blackstone for burner! Having recently purchased half a cow and cooking meat four nights a week, my house was getting smoked out. Since buying the Blackstone for burner and moving the cooking outside, everything has been better! The cast-iron surface cooks evenly and the temperature controls are perfectly tuned. It’s a great product.
