I am thrilled with my Blackstone for burner! Having recently purchased half a cow and cooking meat four nights a week, my house was getting smoked out. Since buying the Blackstone for burner and moving the cooking outside, everything has been better! The cast-iron surface cooks evenly and the temperature controls are perfectly tuned. It’s a great product.
