Great griddle

Griddle looks great and easy to put together
We actually put it together and realized the hood was bent and scratching when closing the hood. Was able to get it returned and replaced with a new griddle. Got it for my fiancé for his birthday and he is so excited to try it out!

Assembly hiccups

The blister pack of hardware was incomplete missing slotted washers for the accessory hooks as well as the extendable shelf missing the back top anchor nut/captive nut that is pre-installed at the factory.

The hood is dented and had to repaint the front of the stand duer to scratches exposing the metal

Only reason why it isn’t a 5 star because my extender shelf came without a bracket. So I can’t use it. See pictures for reference. Other than that, I’m beyond excited for it!

Missing components

Just purchased Blackstone and trying to assemble it and it’s missing one of the pins for the leg it’s missing 3 of the side shelf hooks
