Dent in hood

I’m very excited to get going with my new blackstone but it had a dent in the hood before ever taken out of the box

Great griddle

Griddle looks great and easy to put together
We actually put it together and realized the hood was bent and scratching when closing the hood. Was able to get it returned and replaced with a new griddle. Got it for my fiancé for his birthday and he is so excited to try it out!

Assembly hiccups

The blister pack of hardware was incomplete missing slotted washers for the accessory hooks as well as the extendable shelf missing the back top anchor nut/captive nut that is pre-installed at the factory.
