Went together very easy. Instructions and labeling was excellent. Had a couple damaged parts that I'm sure Blackstone will replace but I don't have them yet.

This is an EDIT for the GOT BURNT 1 star review...I'm adding 9 more now!
First I had an unfortunate incident happen my 36" griddle and due to some miscommunication did not feel like I was being taken seriously and in a timely manner considering my incident. This was addressed as soon as it was recognized and I am now in complete awe of how much they do actually care about us as customers. My issue was addressed immediately and what followed was almost unbelievable in this day and age. Early this morning I received an email asking if it was ok for them to retrieve and replace the griddle. I said sure. Then 10 min later I get a call from a very kind gentlman who asked if it was ok if they sent out an upgrade model and had a tech loading it up at 8am in Utah and would be at my ranch in Colorado 8hr later to collect the one that had an issue, build and replace the upgraded model on the porch? Yea you heard that correct. It's 6PM and I'm looking at a brand new griddle, accessories and a new T-shirt...That I am proud to wear!
Also I must mention that the tech they sent was the epitome of conscientious professionalism, and made the 8hr drive straight here and showed up like he just left the shop 10 min ago, cheerful and ready to work. Truly outstanding customer care from every aspect. Thank you Blackstone for proving all of my initial assumptions wrong, and for the awesome new 36" griddle with hood!

My uncle had one for about 2 years. Every time he would cook on it I absolutely loved the flavor. So my wife bought me one for my birthday, the best gift ever.
