Almost a perfect grille and a perfect gift

I do believe it should have came with 2 spice holders.
And a cover.
Which would have put it way over the top
As a perfect gift
Seems to cook even across the grille, which is very important. Because when you are a great chef like me, that cooks everything to a perfection with great seasonings, you have to have a great grille that cooks evenly all the way across front to back, which this does.

Not so level

Cast iron plate is a little wobbly on main frame they should make adjustments to leavel it so the greas drains the right way. I have a smaller camping one and love it
