Broken orifice

Love blackstone, was converting grill to natural gas and an orifice broke off inside the grill. I will need to order the part but I don't see it on your website. I took it out as much as possible but it will still not fit in.

So far we are loving our new Blackstone. The only thing we have noticed is that sometimes there is a much louder “hissing” noise from the propane coming through the line when we turn on certain burners but we turn them on and off a few times and it will stop. Not a deal breaker for us!
