Set up out of the box and get to the end and the control knobs do not fit. Going to have to contact Blackstone

Blackstone 36” Griddle

Absolutely love my new Blackstone omnivore griddle. The product makes me feel like I am the head chef cooking in the back kitchen of a restaurant. I appreciate the ease of assembly for this design and I am looking forward to trying the different griddle accessories to augment my grilling experience.

I received this grill for Father’s Day. I put the grill together and was impressed on the quality of the grill. I’m at the point where I’m seasoning it now and everything is working flawlessly I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a griddle.

It's good but kind of warped when I tried to season it. I need to cool it down before I could season it again. Not very impressed with the hook positions, it would have been much better if the hooks are in the front rather than on the sides.
