Everything is great and it cooks to perfection! The only problem is the hood with just a little wind will blow right down and it’s kinda scary. So maybe some improvement with the hood.

Used the new Blackstone a few times now after seasoning with Blackstone season compound. It is an amazing way to cook a complete meal. Disappointing when the weather doesn’t cooperate but still fun.

Little disappointed in the quality. We bought Blackstone thinking it would be better quality than the rest. It came with the shelf broken. This side has the extension that pulls out also.
