At first i was disappointed

I was excited to get the blackstone. I came home and put it together and started the seasoning. Yet it took forever to heat up. The burners were not getting over 200 degrees. I tried for over an hour. I was about to give up and return it when i watch a video and found a solution. The regulator saw the high flow of propane and wouldnt let it give me flame. So i turned it off and started again slowly opening the gas. It worked. Happy again
