Many years ago I worked as a cook in food service. This griddle cooks quick, cooks food to proper temperatures and the large 36 inch cooking surface allows plenty of room to separate items at multiple temperatures. Once seasoned, cleans fast and ready for next time.

My wife loves it and so do I. We have a tabletop one and this is a huge upgrade. It was a floor model so sadly it’s missing a few pieces. But it doesnt hinder us from loving it!

Defective piece right out of the box

I followed the directions in the manual to a tee, however the stabilizing shelf seems to be missing the nut for the medium thumb screw to screw into. The thumb screw goes through the left assembly to secure the LPG stabilizer, but has nothing to grab. Easy to fix if I run to my local hardware store, but I'm just a little disappointed because I've heard great things about this company and this unit.
