Love cooking on it so far but quality is lacking

The hardware quality leaves something to be desired. Nearly tripped the screws trying to remove the screws from the handle per the assembly instructions. All of the threads on the blackstone seemed caked on with the black coating/paint so everything was difficult to thread. Cooking flat top looks great and seems to burn evenly so no complaints there

Just cooked on new griddle for the first time. The breakfast eggs cooked way faster than i intended. Will definitely take some practice with the heat levels. The bacon and breakfast potatoes turned out pretty good. Can’t wait to try some dinner! The griddle is very well built and I’m sure I will enjoy for many years! Only was able to give a four star rating due to being a brand new owner.
