Setting up on the burners on this Blackstone was terrible. They would pop and sputter and run fine for a little bit then then jump up to a loud roar. After changing to different tanks the same things were happening. After about a dozen with different air flow settings I think we have it. Fingers crossed.

There are some scratches in the paint, also one of the acorn nuts didn’t have any threads so not able to use it.

Bent cover out of box

I assembled the griddle and only in the last few steps did I notice the cover was bent on the inside left corner. I don’t think it will be fatal to the griddle use. But still disappointing. There was also discoloration on the back of the griddle cover. Not how I hoped to start my relationship with my new Bkackstone
