Haven't used it yet. Make sure you get the seasoning stuff for the griddle. Doesn't come with it.

So far so good got it for Christmas cooked on it several times getting used to the temperature spread on the cast iron griddle too early to comment on anything other than that so far happy with the product

I love it, not the easiest or the hardest thing to put together but it sure is heavy. My son and I put it together, took about 40ish minutes. The top is 80% of the weight. Get help so you don't drop it or throw your back out. I've been wanting one of these for a long time, a buddy bought it for me for Christmas. Gonna season it and get it ready tomorrow.

I think having a customer leave a review while registering their product is ridiculous! We barley have it put together let alone had an opportunity to use it. Please reconsider this step in the product registration process! But when I would normally give a 2 or 3 star review for this absurdity, I am giving this 4 starts to show there is definitely room for improvement in this process, but knowing others with Blackstone products, I fully expect to be happy with my product purchase. So give me an opportunity to use it before forcing a review (could not proceed with product registration without doing one on mobile device)!
