Literally make whatever you can imagine. You want breakfast? Make breakfast. You have a boys weekend and need to make steak, fries, shrimp? Done in minutes. Love my Blackstone.

I’m very excited to get going with my new blackstone but it had a dent in the hood before ever taken out of the box

It lives up to the hype! I’m used to cooking in a cast iron skillet and love it, this is like a skillet on steroids. Very intuitive, quick, and forgiving. Steak and home fries for our first meal came out perfect. The Blackstone products are all worth the money too.
