Easy to put together. Sturdy construction and heats really well. Missing a couple of washers for the assembly.

Assembly and seasoning was pretty simple. However the original packaging did not include the casters so had to go back to the store to get them.

Very impressed with my new griddle so far. Food seems to taste better on it! Can’t speak on longevity since I’ve only had it since December 2025.
