Think griddle might be crooked

Set up new griddle today and went to put on the actual top and weld is not in line with frame

New omnivore model is legit. Less propane, hotter surface, less dishes than cooking in the kitchen. Personally though my favorite part of the griddle is the grease trap on the back, no loss of cooking surface

Pretty easy to set up and good build quality. Came in good condition and all screw holes were lined up. Seasoning took about an hour and done 2 cooks on it so far. Hot spots towards the middle but that’s to be expected
