When the assembly says around 30 mins it is pretty close and easy to put together. Going to try a stir fry on it today and see how good it will taste.

Loving this grill. Just put it together. Seasoned it a bunch and went to town. Works great on the first cook. Cleanup easy as 1,2,3. LOVE THIS GIRL......I mean Grill. HEHE!
