[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up was annoying since it doesn’t come with paper instructions you have to download the app for the whole thing. The app didn’t want to connect at first so that was annoying as well. The suction seems very mid and it def won’t replace vacuuming but to keep things a bit tidier and lift up light dust it’s nice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited to talk about this Roomba! To be honest, if this was just a regular vacuum, I wouldn’t need it because I already vacuum every single day. But because this is a Combo (Vacuum + Mop), it has become my absolute lifesaver.I have a 4-year-old daughter, and if you have a toddler, you know they leave a trail of crumbs and sticky spills everywhere they go. I simply do not have the time to mop the floors every day by hand. This robot does the hard work for me while I’m busy with her.I’m not a tech genius, so I loved how easy the setup was. I just downloaded the iRobot Home App, and it walked me through everything. The app is so simple to use! I can tell the robot exactly which rooms to clean (like the kitchen after lunch) or tell it to skip a room if we are playing in there. It even makes a map of my house so it doesn't get lost. The mopping feature is the most important part for me. It gets up those little spills and dusty footprints that a vacuum alone would miss. It has "Intense Suction," which basically means it's really strong—it devours the dirt on my rugs and then mops my hard floors right after. The battery lasts a long time! It finishes my whole floor without needing to go back and charge. But my favorite part? The AutoEmpty Dock. I don't have to touch the dirty dust or empty the robot myself. It goes back to its base, sucks all the dirt into a bag, and stays there for up to 75 days! No dust clouds in my face, and no mess.If you are a busy mom like me and you're tired of seeing sticky spots on your floor, you need this. It saves me so much time and keeps my home feeling "barefoot clean" even with a messy toddler running around!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that you can make the robot do anything on the app I don't need to get up I mapped out my apartment in let the robot do the rest of the work loving it so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very practical robot vacuum without all the fancy features of higher end models. It vacuums very well and is able to navivate without issues. The vacuum suction speeds up when on carpets. The dock is small, good for smaller areas and has good grip to the floor. Setup was super easy and app is easy to navigate. The mop will require manual removal to clean and dry the pad.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] iRobot features a 2-1 design that handles both vacuuming and mopping at the same time. It’s lightweight and company making it easy to move between floors or store it in small spaces. It uses advanced navigation system to clean in neat rows while being efficient in hard floors and thin carpets. Mopping is best suited form maintaining hard surfaces like vinyl or hardwood. It prices a consistent dusted look to floors. Setting it up is so easy! Connect to their app and you are good to go
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an awesome Roomba. Cleans hard floors, carpets, and mops the floors. Comes with the automatic auto dispensing for the mop liquid when it’s done. Super smart and effective. Long battery life able to navigate itself all around the rooms and built to last.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Roomba 1020 is my first experience with a robotic vacuum, so I’ve made sure to do everything exactly as the app and website instruct. Setup was super easy, the app easy to navigate, initial home mapping went quickly, and before the vacuuming process began I had high hopes that this would work great.
Our home is fairly small, and I didn’t want the Roomba going into bedrooms so it only had a living room, pantry, kitchen and hallway to deal with. The Roomba automation assigned these as 3 separate rooms, and it manages to do “room one” for thirty minutes before sending itself back to the charging station even though it started at 100%.
Not only did it take thirty minutes and not even finish the job, but in those thirty minutes of going over the same space it managed to miss plenty of little bits and pieces. (One little plastic fastener I was watching like a hawk, because I figured it was big enough that it definitely couldn’t be ignored but small enough to grab with no issues. Apparently not.)
This is such a good idea, and had it worked I would have been amazed given how easy it is to get started, but for this price point? I would at the very least expect the one room it went into for half an hour to be clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of toddlers, I wish I had gotten this sooner. Setup was simple. I downloaded the Roomba Home app, which included the manual and guided me through everything. It mapped out our rooms quickly.
I love being able to control it through the app, choose which rooms and what time to clean. While the kids are sleeping, I have it clean the living room, play room and kitchen. In the morning I set it to clean the bedrooms before we head out.
When it started cleaning, I was surprised at how thorough it was. It even went under the beds and maneuvered around the metal legs without getting stuck.
It’s not loud during regular cleaning, but when it empties into the dock it sounds more like a normal vacuum, and I love that it empties itself.
We have long hair in our household, and it’s so simple to clean the brushes, all you have to do is pop them off and take them out.
It’s made daily cleaning much more manageable, and taken a big task off my plate.
