Best Grater Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gadget is one of the best gadgets that I ever bought. I stopped using my microplane grater for my Locatelli and Reggiano cheeses because it was too cumbersome and if you aren’t careful you can badly cut up your fingers when using. I was frustrated because fresh grated cheese is so much better than store bought pre grated cheese that you buy. Now with this, not only does it have a holder that protects your hand, it fits right over the glass vessels from Zwilling’s Fresh and Save Food Storage. So no I can grate a little more for later and vacuum seal it so it has that wonderful fresh taste for so much longer. You can even add their protective glove to hold whatever you are graying with no worries of cutting yourself.
The mandoline blade is also incredible. I cook for my dog’s food because she is a senior with an irritable stomach. I add veggies to an oatmeal and chicken base for her health. I sliced 4 zucchini’s in a few minutes into perfect slices right into the glass container. Incredible! I love this thing.

Excellent Multi-Grater and Mandoline

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Zwilling Z-Cut Multi-Grater/Mandoline for a few weeks, and it’s fantastic. The four interchangeable blades handle everything from fine grating to thick slicing, and the two-way grating is super smooth. I love the built-in safety features like the removable food holder and finger guard, which make it much safer than my old mandoline. Plus, it’s compatible with the Fresh & Save vacuum storage system, which is great for keeping food fresh. It’s sharp, easy to use, and a great addition to my kitchen.

Very stable with anti-slip rubber on the bottom and sturdy handle you can whip through your prep without the unit sliding around. The feed chamber is a bit small, especially if you want potatoes for scalloped potatoes, or long items like carrots. It is safe however as the blade is protected and you won't lose a piece of your thumb.

I agree with a previous reviewer. Terrible design. The finger guard doesn’t lock in place and EASILY slips off during use. I am more likely to cut myself using the guard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
