Always been afraid of using a mandoline for fear of shredding and slicing my fingers and knuckles. After reading reviews on the Zwilling Z-Cut Multi Grater/Mandoline and seeing the finger protection device I decided to give this one a try. I'm enjoying using it because it's so easy to use for multiple tasks. With the four different blades I've one tool to do most cooking tasks. Love that the interchangable blades store within the base. A perfect addition to your kitchen especially if using the Fresh & Save food storage system. The grater/mandoline fits on top of the containers for easy use and storage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This multi grater/mandoline is super light weight, easy to use and easy to clean.
I really like that this line of products is made to work with the Fresh and Save products. This grater fits nicely on top of the medium sized container and the all you have to do is seal the lid and you have shredded vegies for the rest of the week!

I love the compact design for easy storage. It’s super sharp, two way blades make quick work of any foods. Genius design helps protect your fingertips. Perfect kitchen addition.

Safe and Sharp Mandoline

I was nervous about using a mandolin after cutting myself on a traditional one a few years ago. This is so easy to use without scraping your fingers. Amazing how sharp this is and so easy to clean and store. Excellent new Zwilling addition to their wonderful products.

Very excited about this mandoline! I like that it offers a much safer way to make cuts so I don’t have to worry about cutting myself. Really nice all in one tool to have!
