Nice but stiff so it does not get under some items without effort. Not flexible for getting under crepes or omelettes

I really like this spatula. The silicone head is sturdy but slim allowing it to easily slide under food. The silicone allows it to be used in any cookware. The stainless steel handle is comfortable to hold and well weighted.

The silicone spatula is a good tool to use for non stick cookware. it wont scratch the coating but glides easily to turn the food. Serving casseroles or cakes from a baking pan is easy with this spatula as well.
