These heirloom knives

These are knives that will literally be passed from generation to generation. Made in Germany from specially formulated steel they are corrosion resistant and will retain their sharp edge longer. Forged from a single piece of steel you can really feel the weight and balance that goes into these. The tang runs all the way through to the end of the handle so you know it is never going to break even during the toughest cutting jobs.

This Pro S block set features the best of the best classic German knives. 3 Rivet handle, full tang, German stainless steel that has been ice hardened and hand sharpened.

Good sharp knives

Well after getting these knives, I realized I had been using terrible knives my whole life! I am a mom and I love to cook but never made the investment. The chef knife is the one I use the most. It feels so nice in my hand and it's incredibly sharp. The serrated knife is perfect for tomatoes or rolls; and the sanoku is so sharp, it makes chopping a small onion or celery a piece of cake. All I have to do is remember to use the honing steel every once in a while.

Like that these area made in Germany and they cut like a "Professional" Knife. Additional room in block to add more to the set.

I love that this set comes with two chopping knives 8'' and 5.5''. The 3 rivets are so classic looking and the feel of the knives are great! These will last a life time.

Bought these set for my daughter's apartment someday. She is currently using a statement set at her grad school apartment. You can add any steak knife your heart's desires.

Every kitchen needs this block. The knives are forged from on piece of steel and made with special formula German steel. They will last a lifetime and be passed down to the next generation. The bolster acts like a finger guard and the knives are nicely weighted.

Timeless Classic

My parents have owned Pro S since the 70's when they first came out!
they've had to only sharpen them on occasion!
I just recently bought a similar set and could not be happier. they are a timeless classic.
I like the full bolster, it provides a safe resting spot for my thumb and index finger.
