Like that knives are extremely sharp out of the box. Disappointed in gift of steak knives that I got with it that do not fit in block.

A Chef’s Dream

I have worked in kitchens before and I am currently enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America. I can safely say that this is the best set of knives I have ever purchased. So much so that I recommended ZWILLING to my father and he got a set for himself. Properly shaped handle, durable blade, and stores nicely; everything one needs.

Classic set! Always used Zwilling and wanted a new set - very happy with purchase and this set had everything I needed. Very sharp, good handles and now we can put Zwilling steak knives in the extra slots
