Best knife set for my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Professional "S" series of knives from S>A> Henckels iare true professional quality. They stay sharp longer. Handle better than lesser knives and have the 'feel' of a quality knives.

Overall the knives are wonderful and very sharp, but the set was supposed to come with a 3 inch paring knife and they sent a 4 inch. I already have a 4 inch so I’m pretty disappointed. The shipping was incredibly slow, took a little over 2 weeks. There isn’t a way to email Zwilling and when I tried calling, I got through all the options and then the call disconnected after a recording that basically said, “don’t call us.” They make high quality products, but they don’t seem concerned with customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend these knives but in retrospect I wish I’d purchased them in a store with a product guarantee.

Amazingly Sharp - Surprisingly Lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Pro-S set of knives are my first set of professional grade knives. They are amazingly sharp, without being to heavy. That being said, even though this is the 8 inch chef's knife, the handle feels a bit too long for my hands (I hold my knives using the "pinch grip" method). I find holding the chef's knife in this fashion causes the butt of the handle to bump into my arm, beyond my wrist joint. If you have petite hands like I do, be aware of the size of the knife to make sure it will work for you.

Finally - good knives

The weight of them is wonderful, there are even extra slots in the block so I can expand my set too. I am happily slicing and dicing away without issue.
