Great cutting board for everything, kneading & etc

This board is is elevated board equipped with every corners a rubber suction to prevent from slipping while cutting, and won't dull your knives either. I would buy 2 of this board, one (1) for meat and one (1) for charcuterie board and kneading bread. This is a beautiful solid natural beechwood, shows off the natural grain of the wood and durable, it comes with a darker wood a Thermo-treated beech wood. Its high density, gentle on knife blades, wood prevents scratches and cutting marks. Perfect large beechwood surface fits fruits, vegetables, cheese and bread, great for cutting meat, perfect for kneading board. This is a versatile board, can be used as stylish serving platter/charcuterie. Hand-wash only recommended. For most cutting board, this is exceptional being that it is made in Poland.

This light beechwood cutting board complements any kitchen countertop. Self-healing properties of wood help prevent scratches and cut marks. Large cutting surface and non-skid feet on base for safe and secure cutting. Recessed handles on sides allow for easy transport when used as a serving board.

I love wooden cutting boards. They don't dull your knives and they can pull double duty. This is a great size for when I've got several piles of veggies going but it also works great for meats and cheeses for happy hour. The wood grain is beautiful! I wash and dry by hand and occasionally add a little camilla oil.

Gorgeous, large beechwood board

Large board with easy to grip hand holds. Light natural beechwood color looks attractive on any counter. Like all hardwood boards, this board will require regular application of a food grade mineral oil; but the effort is well worth it. This board will reward the care with years and years of cutting. Good for knives. Very good price for the size and thickness of the board.

If you're looking for a good cutting board this is a great choice. I recommend wood cutting boards over any other type of material out there. They are tried and true and easiest on your knife edges. The high density of this beechwood will help prevent it from looking scratched and cut after slicing and cutting on it. Hand wash your cutting boards and let them dry thoroughly before putting them away.
Great cutting board but I had to return because I measured wrong and it was too large for me to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The board is the perfect size and very well made. The handles on the sides help with transfer from counter to stove. The surface is smooth and flat. Overall, it makes me happy to use this to cook everyday.

2023 - Bought in Metzingen; board made in Poland

Beautiful board. Brought home and searched Zwilling for care tips and came across a lot of bad reviews regarding quality due to boards splitting. I soaked my board in Mineral Oil to season it for the first day or two; meaning I lathered it on thick and as it absorbed the oil I kept adding to all sides. Did the negative commenters do the same?
