Great for cutting chicken bone!

A Zwilling Take-Apart poultry shear is made of forged stainless steel, it is the most hygienic kitchen poultry shear. This shear is the best chicken bone crusher, cuts bone easily and cleanly. Serrated blade, will cut meat even tendons.

You may not use these shears on a regular basis, but when you need to cut into a chicken or soft bone, you will be glad to have them. I like the release for easy clean up

A little more than your average pair of shears.. However, the fact that I'm working with chicken-the ability to take them apart as well as the stainless steel material gives me confidence that they are sanitized well.

Perfect for Taking Apart a Whole Chicken

I ordered these because we buy whole chickens in bulk and take them apart ourselves. The blades are serrated so you cut meat, tendons and even bones easily and cleanly. The shears are forged from special stainless steel and are extremely sharp. The handles are comfortable especially when exerting pressure to break a bone.

Great poultry shears

A great pair of shears to cut through poultry or to use as your everyday shears. A great alternative to using a knife to cut through a chicken or turkey. This stainless steel pair is a great look and also since they pull apart, it is great for sanitizing and washing the shears.

Some tools just make life easier and this is onw of them. I usually buy a whole chicken and break it down myself so these are perfect for that job. For me it is key that they come apart for cleaning so I never have to worry about bacteria forming on them after use.

My family purchased a chicken, and I was asked to break it down, so I opened my new shears. I was pleased at how sharp the shears were and how easy they were to take apart and clean. I finally found poultry shears that are durable and extremely easy to clean.
