These high quality stainless steel forged shears are all you will need for poultry shears! These things are amazing! I was so impressed with how well they work and love that I can take them a part to clean them. Worth the investment.

Super sharp and durable Stainless Steel poultry shears. I love that these are all stainless steel and that they come apart...both terrific features for cleaning. These cut easily through chicken making piecing your chicken at home a cinch.

Perfect Poultry Shears

Stainless steel will last forever, never crack or chip. The fact that these are forged means they are going to stay incredibly sharp, a definite requirement when you're cutting through chicken bones. They are very comfortable and the curved handle design gives me great leverage when going through bones. I love that they can be taken apart for cleaning. When dealing with poultry, this just gives me an extra boost of confidence in my cleaning.

The look drew me in to buy these and the function made me love them! I like that they are made of stainless steel and have the lock to keep them safe. The serrated edge cuts cleanly through most any portion of fowl. No stress or strain in cutting!

These are hands down the best poultry shears ever! Very solid and heavy with a great spring for easy leverage. They also come apart for cleaning.

Frequency of use:Monthly
It's not easy to produce a pair of poultry shears that can be taken apart. But what a great idea. These are easy to take apart and clean throughly yet don't come apart when being used. Great addition to any kitchen especially if you work with poultry often.

My first attempt to spatchcock a bird result in nothing short of a butchering. Fortunately I found these take apart stainless poultry shears. The handles are easy to operate and the take apart feature allows for thorough cleaning. Absolutely the right tool for the job.
